At the present time, it is free to list your service in our directory. We do ask for a link back to either DoulaNetwork.com or our PregnancyAndBaby.com site in exchange.
In order to maintain the highest quality and value to our site visitors - not to mention saving you the time of fixing typos after the fact - please take a little time to prepare the information for your listing before going to the entry form. :-)
PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK AND DOUBLECHECK YOUR ENTRY per the information below! Please note: We are a VERY small company. Updates and corrections to fix typos and formatting errors (or lack of formatting) you made when adding your information take last priority, which means it could take many MONTHS before your record is corrected.
How to add your listing:
1) Please see our sample listing to see what our full-page listings look like.
2) Prepare all the information you need, including:
- Short introduction: This information will be featured at the top of your page and also on the state-by-state listings page. (Maximum 200 characters)
- Services: Here you can explain the details of the services you offer and what areas you cover. You may list your fees if you choose. (Maximum 2000 characters)
- Personal Notes: Help people get to know a little bit about you! (Maximum 1500 characters)
3) Run a spell check and proofread your entries!
4) If you have a web site, please add a link back to DoulaNetwork.com or PregnancyAndBaby.com before submitting your listing. (Linking graphics and information are at DoulaNetwork.com.) If you do not have a site, you can still add your listing and don't need to worry about the link.
5) Click here to go to the page to add your listing. Enter your information - we suggest using your computer's "copy" and "paste" features to submit your lengthier entries. Basic HTML coding is allowed. Use <P> to separate paragraphs, <LI> as bullet points, and <BR> for line breaks. PLEASE DO NOT use any non-HTML characters, such as curly quotes, ampersands (&), emdashes, bullet points, etc. unless coded into HTML. Such characters may make your record display strangely on some/all browsers. If you edit in a word processing program, such as Word, paste your entry into a plain-text program (like Wordpad) as "text only" to check for any incompatible characters. Thank you! 6) Await confirmation that your listing has been received and added to the directory. All listings must be approved by a real person, so please allow at least 10 business days for confirmation.
