Services: I provide a mimimum of four and as many as six prenatal visits. All of my client's receive a "Free Birth Ball" and "Free Belly Cast". Establishing a solid relationship during my client's pregnancy and attending a prenatal visit with my client's caregiver helps build a strong support system. I am on-call 24/7.

When you are in labor, I come when you contact me. I attend the entire labor and birth and remain until my client is ready to transition to recovery. I follow-up the next day with phone contact and like to perform my first postpartum visit the evening my client arrives home from the hospital. Then again one to two weeks postpartum.

Qualifications: I am a DONA certified doula, DONA Approved Doula Trainer, Internationally Certified Childbirth Educator, Parenting Instructor and the Founder and President of the Arizona Doulas Organization and Birth Education Association, Inc. (ADOBE). I have been assisting birthing women since 1990 and have attended over 325 births.

Personal notes: I am a wife and mother of seven children. I volunteer at Chicano's Por La Causa as a childbirth and parenting educator. I have provided doula training for over 500 women.
