Services: As your Doula I will fill any gap or need in your support network. My job is to make sure your voice is heard.

I will meet with you before the birth and together we will set up your birth plan. I will stay a minimum of one hour after birth and assist with breastfeeding. We will get together after the baby is born when your and baby's schedule allows. Recommended time to meet is two weeks after arriving home.

Qualifications: Labor and Postpartum doula. DONA Trained.

Personal notes: I have been involved in a number of births and everytime I understand what they mean when they say it is a miracle. It is a true blessing to be there when a woman brings her baby into this world.

My flexibility allows me to be your gofer, your coach and your friend. I want to help you make decisions that are right for you.
