Services: As a Doula, I work with expectant moms and their families offering a variety of services that enhance their understanding of labor and the birth experience. My services included but are not limited to; prenatal and postpartum in home visits, group or private HypnoBirthing® childbirth education classes,assistance with writing a birth plan and guidance for implementing it,uninterrupted support for mom and birth partner(s)during labor and for several hours postpartum, references and resources for postpartum needs and nutrition counseling.

Qualifications: I have a BS in Biology and a strong background in anatomy and physiology, I am a DONA trained Birth Doula, a HypnoBirthing Practitioner and an apprentice midwife.

Personal notes: The birth of your baby is a precious event and you will remember the experience all your life. I feel strongly that women should be their own advocate and encourage them to empower themselves by reading and researching topics about pregnancy and childbirth. You will have many choices to make throughout your pregnancy and birthing, make sure that you are well-informed and are comfortable with the choices you are about to make. A Doula can be a useful resource to accomplish this. My goal is to allow moms to be inspired about the birth process giving them the confidence and trust that their bodies are able to birth gently and without fear.
