Services: My HypnoBirthing classes consist of 5 weeks of instruction, practice, and hypnosis time. You learn many different techniques and tools to help you enhance the work your body is doing during labor. Hypnosis sessions at the end of each class help you eliminate any fears and concerns about the upcoming birth and help you learn how to direct your body and mind toward a safe, comfortable birth. Classes are usually started in the 6th or 7th month of pregnancy. My Doula services include a personal prenatal interview. We will create a birth preference list that itemizes the things you want during your birth. I will attend you at your home or hospital birth for your entire labor, giving you support every step of the way.

Personal notes: I have been helping pregnant couples create a memorable and satisfying birth experience since 1999. I have attended both home births and hospital births. I believe that every birth should be a peaceful and special event for both Mom and Baby.
