Services: I provide services troughout pregnancy joining you in a comfortable environment to aide you in your understanding of alternative choices,breathing patterns as well as relaxation tecniques and postural changes to guide you into and through labor.For your labor and birth-I will travel to your hospital ,birthing center or home to assist you in bringing this new life into your family. Whether you choose a natural or medicated birth I will support your every decision. Postpartum services will be at your convenience to provide to you any additional support you may need. Birth is a beautiful experience,one that we can all enjoy and look back upon with joy.

Qualifications: I am certified Doula as well as a certified yoga therapist with many years experience in guided imagery and relaxation tecniques and also as a Reiki practitioner,working in groups as well as one on one.

Personal notes: I am the mother of three wonderful boys ranging in age from 10 to 2. they keep me on my toes! After attending the births of friends and family and at the urgings of many, I chose to follow my heart into this field of wonder and became a certified Doula. I have been in the health field for 17 years and for the past 7 years have been insructing Yoga classes both in a health facility as well as in peoples homes. IN 2000 I recieved a certification in Reiki therapy and am currently practicing this energy work in a small studio. My lifes work is now continuing on its path.
