Services: I provide one or two prenatal visits to discuss your birth preferences, and I am also available by phone or email for any questions or concerns you may have. I provide continuous support during labor and birth as well as a postpartum visit. I also offer breastfeeding education and support if needed. My services also include your personal written birth story.
Qualifications: I am certified through DONA (Doulas of North America) and also teach childbirth education. I am involved with Birth Connections of Mn. Valley and I am a former La Leche League leader.
Personal notes: I have given birth to three chidren;one in a hospital setting, one in a birth center, and one in a birth clinic. I have always been passionate about birth and feel priviledged to provide support to women during their birth experience.
