Services: I would like to volunteer at your birth. I will meet with you initially and learn about you and your ideal birth experience, come when your labor begins, stay with you until you are settled after your baby arives, and meet with you postpartum to connect about your experience. I can perform massage, help with comfort and positions to minimize pain. I am gentle, dedicated and love birth.
Qualifications: I have completed the DONA doula training, birth and family education class through University Riverside Hospital.
Personal notes: I have a BA in psychology, minor in Spanish and will finish a BS in biochemistry in December 2003. I have worked in social service with families in poverty for 3 years. I enjoy people and am patient and listen well. I would enjoy meeting with you.
