Services: As a birth doula I provide continuous support during labor and delivery of your baby. I meet with a client about 3 times before the birth to discuss goals and strategies and to provide information and answer questions. I also meet with each client at least once after the birth. I provide a typewritten birth story and, on request, will take pictures (as possible) or audiotape the birth. I also have a lending library available to clients on subjects including pregnancy, birth, and childcare. Other services possible upon request.

Qualifications: Trained with DONA, working toward CD (DONA)

Personal notes: I birthed my baby girl on March 1, 2003 with the help of my husband and two doulas. It was such an amazing experience I decided that I wanted to help other women to have, as I like to say, "the best birth possible."
