Services: 1. Two prenatal visits in your home. Information packets are given at this time, including a birth plan form, relaxation exercises, and pain management exercises. Your birth and labor preferences are discussed and explored with the birth plan. 2. Attendance during your labor and birth when requested, both at your home and at the birth facility. 3. One postpartum home visit to help you as needed, including assistance with breastfeeding 4. Unlimited telephone consultations 5. Research on issues of concern, as they occur. 6. Back-up doula provided as needed.7. Invoice for your insurance company, and help processing your claim.

Personal notes: I am a wife of 20 years, a mother of 5 children born at home. I homeschooled for 10 years. I am now ready to share my knowledge and experience with other women. Being a birth doula is one of the most exciting endeavors of my life.
