* Unlimited email and phone support before during and after birth.

* Postpartum visits designed individually to fit the needs of your family.

Qualifications: Training at Seattle Midwifery School with Penny Simkin, DONA, CAPPA and PALS member, Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, La Leche League Leader, Baby Sling Distributor, Mother to my two children, Extensive reading and research

Personal notes: I am a mama to two wonderful babies, and have been married for 5 years to my best friend. My philospohy~ Birth is an amazing, transformational experience. The decision of how to labor and give birth is up to you and your partner. I hope to empower and build self-esteem through education and support, to give you the satisfying birth you desire. My role as your Birth Doula is to help you and your partner achieve the birth you want AND to support your individual desires and birth goals. I don't make decisions for you, nor do I set expectations of you giving birth in any particular way. I am honored to attend to you in your most vulnerable, and powerful moments, and to be there for you without judgments or expectations. I look forward to being a part of making your birth environment a trusting one for you and your partner.
