Services: I provide comfort techniques, advocacy, and emotional and physical support for women whether they plan a hospital, birth center, or home birth. I usually have 2 prenatal visits to learn of your birth plan and get to know you. I am then on call until you go into labor. I stay with you through your labor and up to two hours after your baby is born. I provide at least one postpartum visit and I write a birth and labor story for you.

Qualifications: I am certified with Doulas of North America (DONA) and the Pacific Association of Labor Support(PALS). I hold a Bachelor of Science in Zoology.

Personal notes: I am the mother of 2 children.I know that birth is an amazing and beautiful event! I love being a doula and feel blessed to attend the birth of a new human being and family!
