Services: I respect, honor and support the wishes of the birthing mother at all times. Once labor begins, I offer continuous, compassionate support from the time my presence is requested until 1-4 hours after the baby is born. After the birth I make up to two post-partum home visits.
Qualifications: I am a certified Doula with DONA (Doulas of North America) and a member of Doula Services of Greater Kansas City.
Personal notes: I continually read and try new techniques to help ensure the comfort of the laboring woman. I consider it a great gift to share this intimate time with the new family.
