Personal notes: I am a married mother of four boys aging from 5 yrs to 24 yrs. I have been working as Doula for over a year now after training as an holistic therapist for over three years. I offer numerous different packages as Doula support from Pre-natal massage to a full package of support including teaching baby massage to the couple after the birth. The costs vary from £30 for a single massage to £300 for a full package of support through the pregnancy, birth and post-natally. I have worked with lots of couples now who have gone on to have VBAC births, natural birth without pain relief and attended births where intervention has been used but would have lead to a C section without support.
