Services: I meet with my clients at least 2 times prenatally after the free consultation. I am available 24/7 for questions and concerns. I am there to serve you and your partner throughout the birth, providing emotional and physical support. I use many comfort measures but feel my hands and my heart are the best tools. I stay with you for 1-2 hours after the birth to make sure you and the baby are comfortable and have established feeding. I do a postpartum check within 48 hours and then again when you have settled at home.

Qualifications: I am dual certified through DONA & CAPPA as a labor doula. I am currently working on certification as a Prenatl Parenting instructor which will be completed in Nov.2003

Personal notes: I am married and have 3 wonderful sons. I worked for many years as an office manager and also assisting with friends and family at their births. A year and a half ago I made the decision to become a doula full time. No two births are the same and I am honored each time I am asked to share in this life changing experience.
