Services: I can help to answer questions and concerns the expectant couple may have. I will assist with the preparation of a birth plan. I will provide three prenatal visits, continuous labour and delivery support, and some postnatal support. I am available by phone 24 hours a day. I am very willing to be flexible with providing more support if need be.

Qualifications: I am a Global Birth Institute trained doula. I trained with GBI in March 2003.

Personal notes: I am a mother of three children. My children have taught me about the need for continuous, effective emotional and physical support during labour and delivery. I am dedicated to providing these supports to women and their families.
