Services: Services: I provide personalized childbirth preparation during two prenatal meetings. I will follow your lead in helping you develop and achieve your birth plan.
I am retired so will be available when you call me. I offer continuous support throughout labor and birth and for the first postpartum hour. I will also provide one postpartum visit and breastfeeding support.
Qualifications: I have completed the DONA birth doula training class and am looking for PRO BONO births.
Personal notes: Personal notes: I am the mother of four adult children. Three of my births were natural, without pain medication so I can offer pain-coping advice from my own experience. I supported my best friend through two natural births.
