Personal notes: My husband and I own a Yoga Center in Hato Rey where we offer Yoga and Ayurvedic Medicine. We have two boys who were born at home with the loving care of a midwife. My personal experience as a mother of two has led me to specialize in this field. I also offer Prenatal Yoga, Childbirth education and Baby and Mom Yoga.
