Services: As your birth doula, I will do my best to help you achieve the birth you desire. You will receive 2 prenatal visits, assistance with your birth plan, and your own birth ball. I will accompany you during labor, delivery, and an hour or so after birth. You will receive 1 follow-up visit and a written birth story. Postpartum services are tailored to meet your family's needs. Services include such things as: assistance with baby care, one-on-one education, breastfeeding information and support, light housekeeping (vacuuming, dishes, laundry), and childcare for older siblings. I will also run errands (like grocery shopping) and cook one nutritious meal daily.

Qualifications: B.A., Doula, C.B.E.
