Services: I provide at least two prenatal support visits where we can discuss your expectations, needs and desires. I help with birth preference planning, relaxation techniques, and exploring any fears you may have. I am on call 24 hours a day close to your due date and have a great backup doula that you will have a chance to meet and become comfortable with as well. I offer continuous support throughout your birthing experience and will stay with you after the birth until you are comfortable and ready for alone time with your new family. I offer support and guidance in breastfeeding as well. I will visit you at least once postpartum, where I can admire your new baby with you, go over your birth experience and give you a birth story as a keepsake. I hope to create a lasting impression in your heart, as I know I cherish every birth I attend.

Qualifications: I am a Certified Doula and Childbirth Educator. I was trained through Supported Birth in Santa Monica, California.

Personal notes: I am a mother of three boys. I have always been interested in the birth process and believe strongly in the unmistakable benefits of having the right support before, during and after the birth of your child. I believe that women's bodies are so miraculous and they already know how to give birth, but with our culture today, sometimes we need extra support to remind us of that. Birth should be a positive experience and I strive to help every woman I can achieve that goal.
