Services: I do two to three prenatal visits, wich include breathing and relaxation techniques, and drawing up a birthplan. I am at the Labor and Birth (regardless of the length) and for a short time after to help establish breastfeeding. I then will do a follow-up visit at three or four days postpartum.

Qualifications: I have completed all D.O.N.A. certification classes and requirements and am currently waiting for the return of the paperwork. I have taken a wide variety of Childbirthing classes, including Bradley and Lamaze classes, classes in Newborn Care and Breastfeeding. I have attended several births here in the Carson Valley area, (including three of my own) and have wonderful references/Birth Stories available upon request. And I have what every woman needs in Labor... A Mother's Touch.

Personal notes: I am a mother of three, with a refreshing outlook on life, motherhood, and children. I love to encourage others and I am using this skill to do so. I have lived in the area for six years, attend Calvary Chapel and I love the Lord!
