Personal notes: I'm 35, was born in Hungary and grew up and lived most of my life in Sweden.
I am married to an American who works as a life and business coach. I've
lived in Maine and the US since 2001.
I believe pregnancy, labor and birth can be an empowering experience filled
with learning and personal growth for a woman, her partner and their new
baby. I support women in this process by helping them have a safe and
satisfying birth as defined by the woman. With a doula present at birth, the
partner also benefits, since he/she has the possibility to participate at
his/her comfort level, and doesn't have to fulfill several roles at once
(such as lover, coach, mother, advocate).
