Services: Providing help in home after you bring your little one home. As your Postpartum Doula I am able to provide you with in home visits and help with infant care, sibling care, light house keeping, errands, breastfeeding consultation, support, tips, meal prep., night nanny, and a set of helping hands whenever you need it.

I am licensed to work on post at Fort Rucker, Al, and I can travel throughout the Wiregrass area when needed.

Qualifications: CAPPA Certified Postpartum Doula, CPR (infant/adult) Certified, recommended.

Personal notes: Delivering in Germany without the help of family and friends taught me that there is a huge need among military families, and others to have emotional and physical support during the postpartum time. My son was delivered in Germany by a midwife at a local hospital. We struggled without having help during that special time, and I would like to be able to give you the experience of time to bond free of stress and worries.
