Services: I offer the basic Labor Doula services. These include two prenatal visits, the entire labor and birth as well as one postpartum visit. Other visits can be arranged as needed. I am available by phone 24/7 to help you with questions and concerns during the final prenatal phase. All initial calls should be place Monday thru Saturday between the hours of 8AM and 9PM. I am also an experienced belly caster, and have done belly photos as well.

Qualifications: I am a DONA and CAPPA certified Labor Doula as well as well as a CAPPA Certified Childbirth Educator. I have attended over 15 births in the past two years.

Personal notes: I am 30 years old and have two wonderful children 8 and 3 years of age. I had my first birth completely medically managed with induction and an epidural. My second was with the assistance of a Doula and was a "natural" birth. I am married to a wonderful US Marine. We live in the Camp Lejeune. Currently I am volunteering much of my time with base programs and with Operation Doula Care, where we provide Doula services free of charge to those whose husbands are deployed in the war efforts at the time of birth. Recently I help a wonderful friend and DONA Labor Doula trainer set up a workshop here on base to increase the number of Doulas in the area. We now have a group of about 9 Doulas, and we facilitate each other as friends and professional to arrage back ups and continuing education. I am active in the birth community and would love to do more births as time allows!
