Services: I provide assistance with breastfeeding (infant feeding), mother's emotional and physical recovery, infant soothing, and coping skills for all family members. I will assist with newborn care, meal preparation, light household tidying, and preparation for organized living without doula, when ready.

Qualifications: DONA Certified Postpartum Doula (Doula’s of North American International). Infant and Adult CPR and First Aid Certified. BA in Special Education and Early Child Development.

Personal notes: I am the mother of four children, ages 7-17. All births were natural, and I breastfed each child for 12mths. I enjoy supporting families as they create a loving, soothing, nurturing, environment for their new or growing family. I also speak German.
