Services: My services include two prenatal visits to get aquainted with each other and for me to assist you with mapping out a birth plan. I will be reachable to you by phone for moral support or advice during the last few weeks of your pregnancy.
When labor begins, I will accompany you to the hospital and assist you and your partner.
Finally, within two weeks of your birth I will visit you again to follow up with any question or concerns you may have. I will also provide for you a written birth story, from my perspective, as an added momento.

Personal notes: Between 1983 and 1993, I have had four children of my own. In 1998, I was a labor coach for a close friend. The experience of witnessing the miracle of birth, coupled with the desire to help other women, brought me to seek Doulahood. In 2001, I completed my Doula training through Douglas College. Now, I would like to share my experience to help you to have a happier and healthier birth experience.
