Services: My services include on-going childbirth support consisting of relaxation techniques, pain management techniques, ideas to insure inclusion of the birthing woman's partner, and informational support during labor and immediately postpartum. Breastfeeding support and information. Help in developing a birth plan during 2 prenatal visits. I will be available at all times for informational help. I will be on call 24 hours a day 2 weeks before and after the babies due date. One postpartum visit to review the birth and answer any questions.

Qualifications: I am a DONA certified birth doula. I mentored for 2 years under an OB RN who was also a Breastfeeding Educator, Birth Doula and Childbirth Educator. I have trained in Mississippi, Louisiana, and Arkansas.

Personal notes: I am married and we have 5 children. I became interested in becoming a birth doula during the postpartum period after my third child. I have had 2 children naturally with a doula present-the best experiences of my life!
