Services: I provide continuous labor support from the onset of labor, through birth and up to two hours postpartum. I use labor massage, breathing patterns, and relaxation techniques to help offer the most comfort during labor and birth. I aim to guide women in a calm atmosphere as they birth their babies at home or at the hospital. I hope to help empower women as they give birth and meet their baby for the first time. I work in the Oklahoma City area and at all Metro area Hospitals.

Qualifications: Certified Doula (DONA)

Personal notes: I am a wife and a mother of two boys.I have given birth at the hospital and at home. I became a certified Doula in hopes of supporting women in childbirth more effectively.
