Two prenatal visits, and birth plan counseling
Two postpartum visits
24-hour on-call availability beginning two weeks before expected due date
Early labor support individualized to the family's needs
Gentle, loving, continuous emotional and physical support through out active labor with a variety of comfort measures including massage, suggestions for labor positioning, hot and cold compresses, breathing support, emotional reassurance, and knowledge about the process of birth
Breastfeeding support after birth if needed
I do support for both Hospital and Home births.
Qualifications: DONA Trained
