Services: As a lobor doula, I provide personalized childbirth preparation during two prenatal meetings.
I provide 24-hour on call service for you during the 2 weeks before & after your due date.
I offer continuous support throughout labor and birth and for the first postpartum hours. I will also provide one postpartum visit and breastfeeding support.
As a post partum doula, I provide breastfeeding support, nurturing you so you may nurture your baby.
In addition I perform other tasks such as cooking, cleaning, giving baby care tips, demonstrating baby baths, swaddling techniques, errands, assistance in setting up the nursery station and much more.
I will also assist with overnight care depending on individual needs & situations.
Qualifications: I have attended the certified DONA/ADOBE workshop & am working to becomes certified although I have already attended several births.
Personal notes: I am the mother of two children. I have cared for other children for over 15 years, specializing in newborn care.
