Services: I assist and support any woman who would like additional help during her labor and the birth of her baby. I give her constant attention throughout labor, knowing how valuable that is to a woman's peace of mind and well being.

Personal notes: Born and raised in Rochester, I am familiar with the diversity of the area, as well as the different neighborhoods, suburbs and hospitals. I truly love this area. Also, as a DONA trained (since 1999) and certified birth doula, I am knowledgeable about the various ways a doula can enhance the birth environment. I am sensitive to the needs of a laboring woman and can be a comforting companion to both mother and families.
