Services: I will provide 2 prenatal visits to get to know you and your family, discuss any concerns you may have, work together on relaxation techniques and form a birth plan.
I will be available for phone support whenever you may need throughout our time together.
I will be with you throughout your labor and delivery and immediate postpartum, to help with breastfeeding, and make sure all is well.
I will also visit with you after your baby is born to discuss your birth experience and of course, admire your baby.
Qualifications: I have completed my training through CAPPA and hope to also recieve further training through DONA.
Personal notes: I am a wife and mother of three great children. I have known that I was going to become a doula since my first birth in 1999.
It has been my passion and drive for many years to be a nurturing support to women and their families.
