Serving Post Falls, Coeur d'Alene and surrounding areas as well as Libery Lake and the Spokane Valley. My goal as a doula is to provide educational emotional and physical support to you and your partner throughout your labor and birth experience.

Services: Until I have compleated my certification through DONA, I will be offering my services for free with only a small fee to cover the cost of included educational materials. Services provided include:
• 24 hour on-call services (two weeks before due date and up to two weeks after due date)
• Prenatal meetings
• Educational support throughout pregnancy
• Birth planning
• Continuous labor support
• Birth photography or video if desired
• Breastfeeding assistance
• Postpartum follow-up
• Available for continued educational support postpartum
Qualifications: I have been through DONA training as a doula and am working towards certification.
Personal notes: I am currently a nursing student working towards becoming a Certified Nurse-Midwife.
