Services: I offer my clients information, education and physical support during preganancy, labor and birth. I am calm, grounded and nurturing.
I include 2 massages and 2-4 prenatal visits with 2 visits postnataly and lactation support.
Postpartum support includes lactation support, care for mama and infant and I strive to nurture the whole family to help begin the journey into parenthood with as much grace and ease as possible.
Qualifications: I have been a Doula for 4 years.
I trained with DONA.
I did volunteer and mentoring befor I started my private practice. I have studied to be a lactation specialist and continue to aquire new skills.
Personal notes: I have been graced with two wonderful sons and a loving husband.
I find Doula care to be the most rewarding job imaginable.
