Services:
Free, no obligation interview to discuss how doula services would benefit you and your family during your birth.
At least one prenatal meeting to get to know each other, discuss your wishes, practice comfort measures and, if needed, develop your birth plan.
A trip with you to a prenatal appointment to meet your caregiver and/or to tour your chosen hospital or birth center.
Calm and gentle support through out your labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum.
A follow up visit 24 hours and 6 weeks after birth.
A story of your birth in printed form.
I would like to be a source of information through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Qualifications: I am an ICEA (International Childbirth Education Association) certified doula and childbirth educator. I have supporting women at home births and hospital births.
Personal notes: I am a natural childbirth advocate. I have had four beautiful natural childbirths. One at home with a midwife, one at a hospital, and two at a birth center. I care deeply for women and I would be honored to serve you during your birth.
