-a minimum of 2-3 prenatal visits -a minimum of 1-2 postpartum visits -labor & birth support as early as desired in your home, birthing facility or wherever you choose to labor -assistance in preparing a birth plan -24/7 phone support -lending library -research on topics of concern relating to pregnancy, labor/birth, childcare. It is my goal to enhance birth through education and support.

I am also a certified childbirth educator and lactation counselor. 

Qualifications: DONA trained & certified, experience with VBAC
