Services: I offer birth doula services, pre-natal fitness. My unique services include two consultations with mother and father before the birth, the blessed event, and one follow up visit after the birth. I also if wanted offer private, gentle movement classes for mother's well being, and if needed, post partum fitness classes. I have access to all sorts of baby perks, resources and information, baby slings, rebozos, nursing bras etc. even belly casting. We can even throw you a Womb Yoga party for you and your friends1
Qualifications: DONA, Certified Pilates specialist (IM=X Pilates),Prenatal Fitness AAAI/ISMA, FITOUR, NCSF Personal training, CPR
Personal notes: I have been in health and fitness for over 15 years. I have two beautiful boys and they have been my greatest joy and my best teachers. I was not blesed to have a doula for my first birth, but I did for my second and believe that this work is very important because you make a difference.
