Qualifications: -Attended breastfeeding and postpartum doula workshops
-Read extensively on all topics surrounding infants and the postpartum period
-Experience working with mothers and infants in the early months of the baby's life
Personal notes: I am a calm, reliable and nurturing person. I have been training to become a postpartum doula for about a year and I am in the final stages of my certification process.
Having a new baby in the family is such an exciting and challenging thing! An extra pair of hands or a willing listener can be such a help in those early days and weeks after your baby is born or adopoted. I would love to have the pleasure of providing non-judgmental support as everyone in the family adjusts to the joys and difficulties of having a baby.
