Services: I provide personalized childbirth preparation during three prenatal meetings. We will cover birth plan counseling, relaxation techniques, and birthing positions.
I will be on 24-hour call for you during the 3 weeks on either side of your due date.
I offer continuous support throughout labor and birth and for the first postpartum hours. I will also provide one postpartum visit and breastfeeding support.
Qualifications: ACBE trained using DONA's training curriculum.
Personal notes: I am the mother of two children. Both births were unmedicated and took place in a hospital. I am a strong advocate of breastfeeding and have knowledge and experience in this area.
