Services: As your birth doula I will meet with you before the birth to discuss your plans and follow-up after the birth. I can provide referrals to lactation services as well.
I'm planning to train and certify as a post-partum doula and right now am also looking for women who might need help with cooking, light housing keeping, errands, baby care, etc.

Personal notes: I believe that every woman deserves to have the birth experience they want. I have my master's in health education and enjoy working with women to help them learn about the normal natural birth process. I am also interested in working with "high-risk" women to help them have a minimal intervention labor and birth.
