Services: Labor Assistant services include 2 prenatal visits, 24-hr on-call for 2 weeks before and after due date, continuous labor support and 1 postpartum visit. *Available in Jersey City/Hoboken/NYC

Qualifications: Currently completing ALACE Labor Assistant Certification requirements. I have an M.P.H. in Community Public Health with an emphasis on Maternal and Child Health, a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science, Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, Certified Nutrition Specialist, Certified Health Education Specialist and ACSM Certified Personal Trainer/Health Fitness Instructor

Personal notes: I have been providing pre/postnatal massage therapy and personal training for over 2 years and absolutely love working with women as they prepare for one of the most exciting days of their lives. I decided to take my education further and become a trained Labor Assistant through ALACE. I believe all women should have the birth experience they desire and I will support women/couples as they make these decisions and will work to make the journey as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
