Services: I provide prenatal consultation and birth planning, 24-hour on-call two weeks before and after due date, backup doula support, continuous support in labor, birth and postpartum, postpartum home visits, night nanny service, and breastfeeding aid. I also offer pre and postnatal fitness training.

Qualifications: Attended DONA approved training, childbirth education classes in Lamaze and Bradley method. NIHS certified Chronic Pain and Back Specialist.
