Services: I will provide two pre-natal visits to clarify your birth wishes, assist you in writing a birth plan & review laboring positions and breathing techniques. During labor, I will provide continual support beginning at home & (if planned) will accompany you to the hospital or birthing center. I will also make one post-partum visit to make sure all is well and that breastfeeding has been established.

Qualifications: I have been trained through the organization ALACE.

Personal notes: Before having children, I worked as a RN but have been at home for the past 3 1/2 years. My decision to pursue a birth doula career stemmed directly from my positive childbirth experiences & wanting to assist women in acheiving the same. I am also starting a certification program in childbirth education. This is definintely my passion!
