Personal notes: I became a Doula after experiencing a totally unwanted cesarean. I encourage all of my clients to create a cesarean birth plan as well as a vaginal one and can provide a sample one for them to consider.
I strongly encourage birthing center or home births for my clients who deeply desire a natural birth experience. Together we can make it happen!
