Services: will make 1-2 prenatal appointments in the expectant parents home to discuss birth hopes and concerns. Also, at this time begin the baseline of trust and communication before labor and to try some simple relaxation and or labor positions. I will be on call for two weeks prior and two weeks after the expectant mothers due date and then go through your labor and delivery with you and with/without a partner. I usually remain one to two hours after delivery. The postpartum visits will or can include many different things, ie., talking about the birth, any questions you may have about you or your baby, helping with breast feeding, and pampering.

Qualifications: Formal training through the Center of the Child Bearing Year in Ann Arbor, MI by Patty Brennan. I've had 4 pregnancies with delivery. I've delivered 32 babies my self (Thanks to the U. S. Army)and have assisted with many others.

Personal notes: I have over 25 years exposure/experience to pregnancy and childbirth, starting with my own pregnancy. My own experience includes a total medical/hospital experience with out medication, induction, narcotic pain relief, and a total natural birth with out an episiotomy.
