Services: Includes three to four prenatal visits; an extensive lending library of books and videos; photographs before, during, and after your birth; 24 hour on-call service; comfort measures including, but not limited to, massage, aromatherapy, and acupressure; one to two postpartum visits.

Qualifications: Trained by Doulas of North America (DONA). In the certification process.

Personal notes: I have given birth to three babies of my own: a 3 1/2 year old, a 2 1/2 year old, and an eight month old. We've been busy! Now that life is a bit more "settled", I am pursuing my career as a doula- what I consider my life's work!
