Services: Ideally, I like to meet with my clients three times before the birth. I will assist you in creating your birth plan, come to your home in early labor, if you wish and provide comfort and support using relaxation, breathing, massage as well as encouragement and emotional support. I will also meet with you post-partum to review the birth and provide you with your birth story for your baby's book.

Qualifications: I am a certified birth doula (DONA). I am experienced with VBAC, natural and water births, as well as Epidural births. I will attend home births as well.

Personal notes: I am a married mother of two grown boys. I am active in my church and I volunteer my time at a local soup kitchen. I also offer my doula services free of charge, as another form of ministry. Please email me with any questions. All the best to you and your baby!
