Qualifications: I am a Certified Doula and a member of DONA and PALS. I completed my training at Seattle Midwifery School. I am a mother of a toddler. Since training last year, I have attended hospital and home births. I am also a prenatal and postnatal yoga instuctor.
Personal notes: I come to the birthing world from the performing world, as a dancer and an actor. I like to spend time with my son and practice yoga. My birth experience was important in my development as a mother. I believe all woman should have an empowering birth experience.
