Services: Doula services provide an initial interview at no cost. A prenatal meeting to cover comfort measures,relaxation techniques, a birth plan and any other concerns/needs the expectent parents may have. 24/7 phone support. Attendance at the birth and two hours of postpartum care to help establish breastfeeding. One postpartum visit to review the birth and go over any postpartum concerns.

Qualifications: I am a certified teacher in the state of NH pursuing a career shift in the field of maternal wellness. I have completed the DONA approved birth doula training as well as the required reading component towards certification. I am currently working on my 3 certifying births.

Personal notes: I am a teacher with 10 years of experience and a bachelors and masters degree in the field of education. I am a mother of 3 lovely daughters all born via natural childbirth. I am passionate about helping women achieve a positive birth experience in whatever manner they choose that to be. I believe that women with unbiased information and loving support are capable accomplishing anything. I look forward to helping women during the most challenging and rewarding time of their life.
