Personal notes: I am a professional labor support doula providing women and families with the guidance and support they need to have the birth they have envisioned. I believe all women instinctively know how to give birth and need to feel safe and respected so that they may surrender to the birth process. I view pregnancy and childbirth as natural, healthy and sacred experiences, and feel it is my calling to assist and support women in making these experiences fulfilling and empowering.
